YES! 

We have been working with the Housing Choice Voucher Program (Section 8) for decades.  All of our homes and apartments qualify for the program.  Bring your Voucher with you when you come in to fill out the Rental Application.

STEP 1 - Drive by the unit to see if you are interested.

STEP 2 - Fill out a Rental Application, there is a $25.00 application fee.

STEP 3 - If your application is approved, we show all of our rental properties by appointment only.

You can DOWNLOAD the application below and fill it out, return it to our office along with the $25.00 application fee.  Or...stop by our office and fill it out there!

It depends on the unit, but typically will be responsible for all water bills, while the tenant would pay for gas/electric.

We rent all of our units based on a one-year rental agreement.

However, we do allow Service Animals, if you can provide us with the proper documentation to prove they are registered.
